The free medical outreach was held at the Primary Health Center in Ukwu Nzu. It was an all-encompassing health package that witnessed a turnout of over 250 patients, who are indigenes of Ukwu Nzu Community and its environs. Free consultations and counseling, free drugs distribution, free eye screening and dispensing of eye lenses, free, free laboratory assay, health talk on common ailments, nutrition tips and more took place during the medical outreach.

The outreach also had an Eye Clinic setup to screen patients of eye related issues and free Eye Lens, eye drops and drugs were dispensed at this unit as well.
The convener and Founder of Anioma Medical Professionals Forum (AMPF), Dr Awunor Alexander Chidubem gave an insight into what the outreach was all about, he also expressed hope and optimism that the outreach would go a long way in improving the health standard of members of the community and its environs.
Members of AMPF paid a Courtesy visit to the Obi of Ukwunzu Community, HRM, Agbogidi Obi Christopher Ogoh I, (JP) FHNR, the Obi of Ukwu-Nzu and Traditional Head of Odiani Clan,where he thanked them for their selfless support to humanity and wished them a peaceful stay in Ukwu Nzu Community.
Speaking with Newsmen,Chief Brian Azubuike Iwendi, the Onihe of Ukwu-Nzu Kingdom, lauded the effort of members of OMIWA foundation and Anioma Medical Professionals Forum(AMPF). He also thanked members of Anioma Medical Professionals Forum (AMPF) for their Humanitarian efforts in ensuring that Human Suffering is mitigated through the provision of Free Health Free Care.
Some of The Medical Professionals also gave an insight into the uniqueness of their roles and expressed joy at the turnout of beneficiaries.

The Facilitator of OMIWA Foundation, Mr Tohan Okenyi thanked members of AMPF for their unwavering efforts in ensuring that the outreach was a success. Also, there was Group photograph with The Onihe of Ukwu Nzu Community, Chief Brian Azubuike and his entourage, with members of Anioma Medical Professionals Forum in solidarity for their kind gestures.
Some of the beneficiaries also thanked the collaborators for the services rendered to them in their Community.
Special appreciation to the AMPF volunteers for their selfless support in providing Health care at no cost to the indigenes of Ukwu Nzu Community and its envrons.
